By creating an Eve account you agree to these terms.
Eve finds prospects, drafts outreach, and sends messages on your behalf, subject to your plan's limits and your approval settings. You are responsible for the content you approve and for having the right to contact the people on lists you upload.
Business contact information you upload (company names, business addresses, business phone numbers and emails) may be incorporated into Eve's shared business directory, which improves lead quality for all Eve customers — and means you benefit from what other customers contribute. Consumer and homeowner lists are never added to the directory. To exclude an upload from the directory, contact support before uploading.
Eve enforces quiet hours, opt-outs, and suppression on every send. Consumer (residential) leads are locked until you record the person's consent from your own first contact. You must not use Eve to violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or do-not-call rules; accounts doing so are suspended.
Plans bill monthly through our payment processor. Canceling a paid plan returns your account to the free tier — your data stays yours. Teammate seats and add-on services (like phone-number lookup) bill as described in the app.
Eve is licensed, never sold. Your leads and messages remain yours; the software, models, and the shared directory remain the property of AI Systems Group, LLC.
