Your leads, drafts, research, and deal notes are encrypted at rest and isolated to your account. You can erase any lead completely, and erased contacts are suppressed so they can't silently return. Idle records are purged on a retention schedule.
As described in the Terms, business contact information from uploads may join Eve's shared business directory used to improve lead quality across Eve. It contains business records only — never consumer or homeowner data, and never your message content, research, notes, or deal information, which are yours alone.
When a contact opts out or is marked do-not-contact, they are suppressed platform-wide — no Eve customer can reach them through us.
Encryption at rest for content, TLS in transit, hashed passwords with login lockout, session invalidation on password change, and a security audit trail. We do not currently offer multi-factor authentication and won't claim otherwise.
